As Director of Supply Chain Services at YF, Phil draws on 15 years of operational leadership across the UK, Europe and the Middle East to help high-growth consumer brands scale. He began his career as a consultant at PwC before joining Tesco, where he led the ‘Perfect Order’ proposition for its international Grocery Home Shopping business. Phil later moved into food-tech, scaling Zing Zing, a Chinese takeaway concept, and serving as Kitopi’s UK Managing Director until their UK exit in 2020. Since joining YF, Phil has supported SMEs with supply chain solutions and advised international brands expanding into the UK and EU.
