Carole is a Technical Specialist working in the Product Development Team at Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) and has degrees in Food Science and Nutritional Medicine. 

Carole has over 30 years of food industry experience and presents regularly at industry events.  During her time with RSSL, she has undertaken ingredient evaluation, product development and reformulation projects for food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers across a wide range of food categories.  Projects include many nutritionally modified, fortified and plant-based developments, including products for specific dietary needs.
