Winners announced for inaugural IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards
The winners for the IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards, in association with IFST, were unveiled on the first day of IFE Manufacturing, on 25 March at ExCeL London.
The new awards were launched to recognise innovation, excellence and trailblazing brands in the food science and technology field, celebrating leaders in sustainability, new proteins and tech.
“As we embark on this exciting journey with the inaugural IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards, we honour the relentless pursuit of innovation in ingredients. These awards, a collaborative effort between IFST and IFE Manufacturing, demonstrate our shared commitment to celebrating excellence in the ever-evolving landscape of food science and technology,” said Deborah Kendale, Business Development Director of IFST.
“Our hope is that the success of the businesses who were nominated for and won these awards will inspire businesses to consider the ingredients they use in their food and drink products.”
Debora Saibene, R&D Scientist, PepsiCo and awards judge said: “The ingredients industry excels in innovation and creativity, and the entries we received for this award are a clear testament to that.
