IFE Manufacturing to showcase innovative food development suppliers at 2024 event
IFE Manufacturing, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, will showcase a range of suppliers across ingredients, packaging, processing and technology when the show returns to ExCeL London on 25-27 March.
The ultimate business event for food & drink product development, IFE Manufacturing provides food & drink brands with the tools, suppliers and insights to elevate their product development processes.
At this year’s event, visitors can meet with ingredients suppliers such as Ukrainian brand Agrofusion, supplier of premium quality tomato products, high-quality plant protein supplier Atura Proteins, supplier of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern products Belazu, and grain, cereal and seeds brand ProOrganica.
Visitors to IFE Manufacturing can meet with Magnum Packaging, which will be showcasing rectangular kraft deli containers, a green addition to the range and perfect for hospitality buyers eager to meet compostable, biodegradable and recyclable guidelines. Available in four sizes and manufactured from sustainable natural PE lined kraft board, the containers also come with various lid options.
Meanwhile, MM Packaging will be introducing a new addition to its range – Alaska Barrier Grease. A more sustainable alternative to PE coating, this new product is ideal for fast food and bakery packaging products. MM Packaging will also be showcasing its GreenPeel Tray at IFE Manufacturing, a sustainable packaging solution which can reduce plastic by up to 90% and can replace PP, PE and CPET trays.
Among the processing suppliers taking part in IFE Manufacturing this year are Kecol Pumps, smart weighing technology experts Marco Limited, moisture measurement experts MoistTech, and Two Blues Solar. Plus, the show will welcome technology brands including visitor management system InVentry, ERP software provider CSB-System, PLM and compliance solution provider Traceone, and sales enablement software provider sales-i.
IFE Manufacturing is also home to the Certification Clinic, where food & drink brands can have one-on-one meetings with key industry accreditation providers for bespoke advice and guidance on securing different kitemarks.
The organisations taking part in the Certification Clinic this year include BRCGS, Coeliac UK, Halal Certification Europe, Red Tractor, Loop Certified and SALSA.
SALSA Development Manager Jacqui Slatter comments: “While virtual meetings help people to stay connected, in person events allow for a more personal approach encouraging deeper discussions on more complex issues. SALSA are delighted to be participating again in the Certification Clinic at IFE Manufacturing 2024, which is a unique opportunity for businesses to speak one-to one with experienced food safety professionals and to seek advice in the area of auditing and certification.
“SALSA is recognised as the UK’s leading food safety certification scheme for smaller producers. As a membership scheme – not just a Standard – SALSA can also provide businesses with support, advice, guidance and training services. We look forward to meeting with small businesses looking for certification of their food safety management systems and providing insights into the best solutions for their position.”
IFE Manufacturing takes place alongside IFE, The Pub Show, HRC and International Salon Culinaire as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, the UK’s biggest celebration of industry innovation.
